I am unsure of the maker or pattern of this toothpick holder. It reminds me of the star and feather or inverted feather pattern produced by Cambridge. It is in a lovely satin or frosted color. It measures 2” x 2”. There are no chips or cracks. At one time there may have been a dark green or antique gold around the top rim, but that is all but gone. Any questions………just ask.
